This is the question that every single men (or women) is asking whenever they have an idea to start their company, but they are not sure about the procedure or the price they need to pay. We often hear the term ”one stop shop”, but does it really function?

We tried to find the answer of this question, and luckily all that functions. There is no need for lawyer that will charge 100€. You can just go to the Central Register of Republic of Macedonia and will finish up to 90% of the whole procedure. All you need is an ID and 4602 denars.

You need to go to the counter for Founding a firm, fill in the needed forms and pay the fee of 2552 denars, actuary and stamps, 1250 denars. You can find the actuary in the Central Register or the Lawyer’s street. As well, you can check if there is existing firm with the same or similar name, on the same counter.

The procedure can be done only in one day and after you complete everything you need to open an account in a bank, by your choice.

Founder and administrator of the firm can be person according the Law for legal entities.
