On the 1st and the 2nd of December the third SENSI (www.sensi.biz) conference was held in Kragujevac, Serbia. The organizer of this conference was the Business Start-Up Center Kragujevac (www.bsckragujevac.org) financed and funded by Austrian Agency SPARK (www.spark-online.org). A lot of representatives from business start-up centers and business incubators from region including the YES Incubator, were present and shared their experiences with the other participants . The new business start-up centers were presented and working groups were established in order to discuss the possibilities and opportunities for influencing the policy makers in the region to work on improving the conditions for the SMEs and removing the obstacles.
