Trainings in the Incubator

In terms of improving the tenant’s business skills, two group trainings were organized for the tenant companies. The subjects of the trainings were “How to create and structure a good presentation” and “How to become a desirable partner” and were held by Trajkovski & Partners consulting company. The first training was two day training and was both theoretical, and practical. As part of the second day, every tenant had to give a presentation in front of the others, that was evaluated by different criteria, such as communication with the audience, the structure of the presentation, intonation of the voice etc. Every presenter received positive critics, in order to improve their presentation skills. At the end there was only one winner, the company Advert SMS, that got the best grades and received symbolic award.
The second training was “How to become a desirable partner” and was a guide for the tenants that want to become partners in their business. With these trainings the tenants had an opportunity to expand their skills and use them in everyday business activities. |
