Entrepreneurial trainings
 The YES Foundation is offering trainings for
stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit and learning the ICT people
of business and soft skills. In terms of that, the Foundation is
going to offer widely recognized trainings such as:
EBC*L (European Business Competence License)
EBC*L (European Business Competence License) is
European certificate for business knowledge for non-business
students and profiles of people.
This European certificate intended for those, who haven’t studied
business management, will allow them to acquire core knowledge to
enter the business world, to control and manage the financial
aspects of a project and to be able to run any department/ division
involving financial decisions.
YES Foundation is the first certified examination and training
center in Skopje (http://www.ebcl.com.mk). The management of the
Foundation is certified trainers and also YES has signed contracts
with external parties that will conduct the trainings.
The EBC*L programme has 3 levels (A, B and C), and YES Incubator
will provide training and certifications in level A. The syllabus
includes modules in: Business objectives, management ratios
accounting, costing and pricing and Business law. Trainings will
begin in September, and examination for EBC*L will be held every
month.
The level A includes the following modules:

accounting,

trade law,

management indicators

cost analysis
-
calculating the prices.
The other levels, B and C, will be available
starting from the next year in Macedonia thus in YES.
The certificate demonstrates business management expertise on an
internationally recognized level. The EBC*L is currently established
in 16 countries (Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy,
Poland, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia,
Kosovo and Macedonia) and available in 10 languages.
The EBC*L ensures a highest degree of transparency and is accredited
by the economy. A number of organizations (including Siemens,
T-Mobile, Xerox, Bayer, Uniqa, Samsung) have integrated EBC*L into
their in-house staff development programs.
SkillSoft
SkillSoft is US distance learning tool for business, IT and desktop
modules. YES Foundation is sub-distributer of these courses for
Skopje. It has more than 5000 modules.
SkillSoft is a leading provider of enterprise e-learning, with
learning resources targeted to business and IT professionals.
SkillSoft's multi-modal learning solutions support and enhance the
speed and effectiveness of formal and informal learning processes
and integrate SkillSoft's in-depth courseware, Referenceware®,
learning management technology and support services.
Skillsoft’s Instructional Design Model is intended to meet the
challenge of creating effective and engaging instruction that’s
easily deployed on corporate customers' global computer networks.
Each course in Skillsoft’s library includes:

Learning outcomes specified by performance
goals and objectives;

Content and learning activities based on
specified objectives;

Assessment based on the knowledge and skills
specified in the objectives;

Options to take assessments in either pre- or
post-test mode;

Instructional strategies and multimedia
elements tailored to the specific course content;

Instructional strategies appropriate for the
content and learning level, such as examples, behavior modeling,
guided practice, and simulations; and Levels of learning
appropriate for the content and the target audience.
