Job offer - Junior project coordinator

YES Foundation (www.yesincubator.org.mk) works upon strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit and stimulating self-employment among the youth in Macedonia.
For the needs of the main activities and projects, YES Foundation seeks junior project coordinator that will work together with the local and international staff in YES, under the supervision of the Incubator Manager.
Location: Skopje and short-term travels in the region
Languages required: English, Macedonian
Duration of the contract: 6 months with possibility for extension
Starting date: 1st of July 2010
Main responsibilities will be related to project areas of business incubation and entrepreneurial training as well as all other innovation related short term and long term projects. The junior project coordinator will be involved in all aspects of developing and implementing the project by YES Foundation.
Specific duties and tasks:
∙ Assist the Project manager, in the day to day duties.
∙ Working closely under the guidance and direction of the Project manager and closely cooperate with Project coordinators/assistants
∙ Organizing seminars, conferences and other relevant events for the needs of the projects
∙ Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
Skils,Knowledge,Qualifications&Experience:
∙ Experience in cooperating and communicating with the business community and civil society
∙ Solid knowledge and experience in carrying out practical organisation of meetings, seminars, conferences, travel arrangements etc.
∙ Experience in recording and reporting project activities
∙ Ability to work in diversive working environment
∙ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
